FEATURED FACULTY FOR LIVE SEMINARS


Tim Bristol, PhD, RN, CNE is a Nurse Educator and E-Learning Specialist who has taught traditional and on-line courses in undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. Tim has provided faculty development for public and private institutions, facilitated strategic planning for E-Learning, and served as a coach for faculty and administrators. Currently Tim serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing for Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota.

Leslie Hernandez, BS, NREMT-P is an EMS Educator and e-Learning Specialist who has taught traditional, blended and online courses in EMT and Paramedic training programs. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in EMS, is an Advanced Coordinator for the Texas Department of Health, and a National Registry Representative. Leslie serves as the Advanced Program Coordinator for Bulverde-Spring Branch EMS, and is the CEO of LPMH & Associations, a Texas-based corporation conducting medical education courses.

Maria Lauer, MSN, RN, APN-C, CNE blended learning specialist and PhD candidate who specializes in created blended learning environments that are based on the principles of universal design. Maria is an expert in integration of technologies that are cost effective and congruent with all course materials. Maria is a faculty development specialist, nursing instructor and clinical coordinator of a retail health clinic. Maria provides professional development workshops in a variety of topics including: active teaching and learning strategies, integrating technologies with limited financial resources, creating online and classroom environments that utilize universal design, technologies that assist students with physical and learning disabilities and creating seamless blended learning environments that are congruent with existing course resources.

Jeannean Rollins, MRC, RT (R)(CV) is a Radiologic and Imaging Sciences Educator who teaches in traditional, hybrid, and online courses in associate degree and baccalaureate programs. Jeannean has authored and co-authored online courses for Mosby's Radiography Online series in patient care, radiographic procedures, and radiographic pathology. Currently, Jeannean holds the rank of associate professor in the Medical Imaging and Radiologic Sciences Department at Arkansas State University.

JoAnnn Zerwekh, EdD, RN, FNP, APRN, BC is a Nurse Educator, E-Learning Specialist, and Nurse Author who has taught in web-based, web-enhanced, and traditional undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. JoAnn has co-authored an online program on nursing issues and trends for Elsevier. Currently, JoAnn is the Executive Director of Nursing Education Consultants, which is a company that provides NCLEX nursing review courses and materials, as well as consulting services to educational programs on curriculum development and E-Learning.
