Using technology in health occupations education can really help programs move their curriculum to the next level. We know that in order to prepare learners for the fast-paced industry that awaits them, they must be comfortable with navigating technology. This requires that our curricula reflect the industry in which they will be practicing. As a result more and more faculty and programs are using technology. Whether it is the face to face classroom, clinical or lab, there are many issues to consider. The faculty and administrators need to be sure that they have a solid foundation of policy and instructional design to ensure success.
