To observe U.S. holidays, Evolve support services will be limited or unavailable on the following days:

During these times all inquiries can be sent to evolve-support@elsevier.com and will be addressed, in the order received, immediately after the holiday.

Before you call, please collect the following information to speed resolution of your problem.

  • Browser and Version (e.g., Netscape 7.1, Internet Explorer 6.0)
  • Operating System and Version (e.g., Windows XP, Macintosh OSX
  • Course ID
  • Product Title

Customers using local Blackboard, WebCT, or eCollege course management software should contact your local support team for problem resolution. Evolve Support Solutions will not be able to assist you with technical issues regarding your school's local system.
