Exam orders should be placed a minimum of two weeks prior to an exam administration date for Admission, Specialty, and Exit exams. Exam orders that are not placed within two weeks prior to exam administration will be handled on a rush basis with a $50.00 rush fee assessed for exams ordered up to three business days prior to administration. Exam orders cannot be guaranteed by the school?s documented date of exam administration if orders are placed less than two business days prior to planned administration.

Custom exam orders require a minimum of eight weeks prior to an exam administration, which includes six weeks for exam design and two weeks for exam fulfillment to the institution. Faculty reviews for custom exams must be finalized within one week of the documented date of exam administration. If the custom exam has not yet been finalized within one week of the administration date due to unreturned exam review by faculty, a rush fee of $100.00 will be applied to the order. If the information is not received within two business days of the planned exam administration date, the exam will remain incomplete, and Elsevier is not responsible for exam delivery faculty by the requested administration date.
