The 27th edition of Pharmacology and Pharmacothera­peutics, mainly for the undergraduate medical students of 2nd and 3rd phase, is an integrated approach to present an updated knowledge of the pathophysiology of the dis­eases, pharmacology of available drugs and strategies for disease management. This will help in developing a strong scientific knowledge base and promoting rational thinking, both are required to become competent IMGs.
