“Assisting a student in meeting a lifetime goal of passing NCLEX is so rewarding! I love celebrating successes with the students. Whether it’s an increased score or an increase in confidence, it is such a joy to see the students improve throughout the course of Compass.”

Laurie Harris is a  HESI Compass coach. She has over 12 years of nursing experience and 10 years experience in nursing education with roles including academic coach, student success program faculty member, and assistant clinical professor.
