Tanya Spillman is a HESI Compass coach and is currently working at Chamberlain University as a nursing instructor. She attended Penn State University to achieve her Associate’s Degree as well as her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

As a Registered Nurse, she has experience in Trauma, Cardiac-Surgical Progressive, GI Lab, and Labor/Delivery units. She worked in various hospitals and clinics before realizing her true passion was teaching. She began her teaching career in a PN Program in Arizona, where she taught at the end of the program for five years. Over the past six years, she has achieved her Master of Science Degree in Nursing and has taken on various roles at Chamberlain, which has enhanced her ability to prepare the students for NCLEX.
