With thirty years’ experience in educational publishing and technology, improving peoples’ lives through learning has been the common thread and passion of hiscareer. Paul has held executive-level positions leading innovation, strategy, and product management. Paul and his team are currently focused on enhancing Elsevier's market-leading nursing and health professions portfolio, including leveraging AI to improve student and program outcomes.
Dr. Nikole Hicks, PhD, RNC, CNE has 35 years of experience in nursing. She holds a BSN from the University of Iowa, MSN from University of Phoenix, and PhD from University of Northern Colorado. She has a broad base of experience in academic nursing education spanning over 25 years, including all levels of pre-licensure and graduate programs in hospital-based, community college, and university settings, both public and private.
Leah received her BSc in Nursing and studied Biostatistics at the City University of New York; with over a decade of experience as a registered nurse in the fields of oncology and critical care. In her clinical roles, she assisted in leading the rollout of updated electronic health records systems at multiple academic hospitals in New York City. This piqued Leah’s interest in the intersection between healthcare and technology.
