As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for Shadow Health® at Elsevier, Nicole provides programmatic and institutional learning analytics, data-driven insights, and solutions to administrators within nursing education. Nicole utilizes her education background to discover new ways of providing data visibility to educators. She has conducted research in efficiency, discovered methods to provide customized benchmarks for student performance in Shadow Health’s Digital Clinical Experiences™, and collaborated with teammates to develop data dashboards containing consistently tailored learning analytics.
Nicole earned her Master of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from The University of Florida.
