Helen Murphy

In her role as a health professions education specialist at Elsevier, Helen helps instructors across multiple health professions develop student-centered classroom learning experiences. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in speech-language pathology and audiology from Howard University and she is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She received advanced training through the ONC Health Information Technology Certification program as a certified healthcare technology specialist with a concentration in training.
Previously, Helen was an adjunct instructor in the Health Information Technology program at Atlanta Technical College and provided go-live training and implementation for an EHR system used in ambulatory settings.
