As the Director of Learning Design at Shadow Health®, Natalie helps integrate best practices in learning science and assessment into Shadow Health’s Digital Clinical Experiences™ (DCEs). Natalie has worked as an educator and as a higher education administrator and has experience in assessment development and evaluation.
She recognizes the need for a psychometrically sound assessment of student learning in higher education, as student assessment data serve as the foundation for student remediation, curriculum design, and program accreditation.
Natalie holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology.
